I am currently one of two known bloggers on feminist issues in Las Vegas. My blog, Neon Feminism, focuses on local women’s issues; it also reports on the happenings nationally and internationally.

This past year has been as exciting as any other. I’ve been experimenting with new ways to tell stories: through video, through sound, through images and even an occasional pie chart. My only limit is the sky.

This blog is aimed at potential employers, professors and teachers, and curious readers. I’ve uploaded my resume and linked to writing samples and other blogs. Feel free to click around!

My ultimate goal is to do foreign correspondence via online journalism and blogging. I believe that using technology can only enhance the stories we choose to tell, whether it be personal or journalistic. It creates a smaller, more interconnected world. Only then can we see the lives and struggles of others thousands of miles away as our own.
